Join Nicole O’Callaghan, Registered Nurse, for a workshop on the ‘fourth trimester’. Real talk on healing, feeding, sleep (or lack of it), and finding your footing in the postpartum era-alongside other moms figuring it out too. Build your village, it doesn’t have to be a blur.
Children are welcome to join staff in the Play Space while you attend the workshop.
